Mann gegen Mann (21)
The video premiered on February 2, 2006 on MTV Germany and was directed by Jonas ┼kerlund. In it, the entire band aside from Till plays totally naked except for their boots with only their instruments to cover them up. As Till only has a microphone, he wore a "latex diaper" (according to guitarist Paul H. Landers in an interview) as well as a long, black wig, stockings and high heels. The video alternates between shots of the band playing and a teeming mass of naked men, covered in what appears to be oil and writhing all over one another.
Rosenrot (20)
The video portrays the band as traveling monks from different religious orders who have come to a small village. The main story of the video shows the band's vocalist Till Lindemann falling in love with one of the local girls, whom he met during a celebratory feast. At her request, he enters her house and murders her parents. As he leaves the house, he smiles to the girl and she smiles back briefly, before crying out, at which the villagers rush Till from the darkness and beat him. They tie him up and burn him on a stake; Till's fellow monks and his lover participate in the execution by throwing burning brands onto the woodpile. The girl in the video is portrayed by Romanian model Catalina Lavric, age 14 at the time of shooting.
Keine Lust (10)
The "Keine Lust" video, filmed in January of 2005 and finally presented only a month later, the band is morbidly obese. The film appears to be a reunion with visibly aged band members and instruments that are clearly old and dusty. Out of all of the band members only keyboardist Flake appeared not to have gained any weight (because "anything he doesn't want to do, he doesn't do", which includes eating). He arrives in a motorized wheelchair, just in time to play the keyboard part. At the end of the video, the rest of the band leaves, abandoning Flake. The video was up for a nomination for the MTV European Music Awards in November 2005.
Du Riechst So Gut '95 (9)
A music video was released for this single, depicting the band members shirtless in an all white environment. The video opens with a Doberman Pinscher walking across the screen, with repeated cuts throughout of the dog looking curiously at the camera along with flowers shown in the Herzeleid album cover and this single. Till Lindemann is portrayed in simple close-up shots, sternly singing the lyrics and at one point sporting a menacing pair of goggles. These are strikingly similar to Till's eyepieces shown on the Sehnsucht cover.
